Job Description:

Develop and oversee marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for national Ad Sales clients.
Create proposals for Ad Sales to use in soliciting new and/or existing clients in response to RFPs and proactive pitches.
Manage the development and creation of support materials including promotional presentations, sales pieces, sizzle reels and program recap books.
Manage and execute integrated promotions across multiple platforms including TV, Digital, mobile and Social Media for national Ad Sales clients with heavy focus on digital/mobile/social.
Effectively work cross-departmentally with internal constituents, including: Ad Sales, Interactive, Editorial, Ad Traffic, Research, Legal, On Air Promotions, On Air and Online Design, etc.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with Ad Sales clients and other promotional partners.
Manage and track individual project budgets.

Analyze performance data during and at completion of campaign to optimize performance and create wrap up reports with insight to target existing and potential advertisers.
As needed, facilitate other partnerships/projects that bring non-monetary value to the Company (i.e. marketing barter partnerships and pro-social efforts).

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years experience in marketing, and/or ad sales with a supervisory level background at an agency, studio, national brand, broadcast or cable television environment.
Must have excellent written skills, and the ability to effectively package ideas for sales.
Candidate must possess an extensive understanding of advertising within the digital and social space.
Active user of online, mobile, social media and emerging media platforms.
Must be proficient in Microsoft outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and design programs (i.e. PhotoShop).
