Job Description:

PEOPLE, one of the largest media brands in the US, with 42.5 million readers per week and 1 billion page views per month is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented Marketing Coordinator.
This role will be responsible for supporting marketing activities aimed at retaining PEOPLE subscribers and overseeing customer service initiatives. This position will afford the right candidate an outstanding opportunity to acquire core direct marketing skills. The Marketing Coordinator will join a robust Retention team working with the Vice President of PEOPLE Consumer Marketing, and work in a fast-paced environment, where creativity and risk-taking are encouraged.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support marketing team in executing subscriber renewal and payment marketing campaigns including monitoring the creative submission and approval process, and results reporting and analysis
• Perform light spreadsheet work to track marketing campaigns and develop presentations to communicate results
• Act as a liaison between brand team and customer service center, support training efforts, monitor and report on customer service feedback for all PEOPLE products
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Production, Promotions, Operations and Fulfillment) to ensure integration of objectives, strategy and execution
• Support the Vice President of PEOPLE Consumer Marketing
