The label is home to Warner Music’s amazing catalogue releases, covering some of the biggest names in music from David Bowie to Aretha Franklin, Fleetwood Mac to Pink Floyd and The Smiths to Prince!
As the industry becomes ever more streaming focused, the work of the digital team is vital in building campaigns which engage existing fans, find new audiences and tell the stories around our artists.
Why this could be your next big break:

This role will allow you to work with countless legendary artists creating and implementing marketing campaigns for your own projects, and assisting the wider team with others.
This will give you responsibility for handling your own roster of acts, working directly with them and their management, to deliver strategic, efficient, digitally-focussed, marketing campaigns.
You’ll be working with all the major retail and media platforms, including Spotify and Apple Music, with the freedom to build your own initiatives to drive streams of this incredible catalogue.

Here you’ll get to:
You will...


• Coordinate release plans and manage digital marketing budgets
• Build and support social campaigns, liaising with artists and managers on plans, building calendars and crafting content to support these plans.
• Maintain artist and label digital channels to follow the latest trends, optimisation and channel changes.
• Present and champion our artists and their catalogues to various parts of the business and external partners (IE retail partners, PR companies etc)
• Create analytical reports from marketing reports and data from campaigns
• Implement marketing plans and measure the effectiveness of these plans through regular analysis of streaming data
• Work effectively with other teams and departments - ie commercial, production, international marketing
• Oversee our YouTube strategy for key catalogue artist channels
• Seek opportunities to drive additional revenue

About you:
You have…


• At least 2-3 years related experience
• A strong awareness of the latest digital and technical trends and a deep understanding of return on investment.
• An understanding of new revenue streams and innovative ways to drive streaming revenue for our acts and the label.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent knowledge/interest of the UK music market and fully understand the latest innovations and consumer trends in digital media and the current landscape and developments within the music industry.
• Understanding of current streaming platforms
• Understanding of all major social media platforms
• Presentation skills
• Good team working skills
• Understanding of the digital advertising marketplace across search, video, mobile, social and display.

It would be music to our ears if you also had:

• A knowledge of our roster of artists
• Previously held marketing, promotion position (or studied), but not necessarily music
• Technical expertise: HTML, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Wordpress, Final Cut. Designing static banners and animated .gifs
