The Digital Account Manager (DAM) is responsible for supporting Sales Reps with digital media proposals and campaign fulfillment. In addition, the DAM assists in the expansion and support of our advertiser base by helping develop innovative digital media campaigns, product & research presentations, and campaign optimization recaps that highlight the features of our digital products and their impact on the advertiser's KPIs. The DAM also navigates cross-departmental relationships, both vertically and horizontally throughout the company enterprise, to improve the client experience and campaign results.
Support Sales Representatives with all digital planning & activation through expedient customer service, clear & thorough communication, and diligent project & workflow management
Dissect Digital RFPs and craft media plans based marketing objectives, asset availability, cost-efficiency, and KPIs
Strategic selection of marketing & research materials to incorporate into client proposals and recaps
Manage all aspects of post-sale campaign activation from the initiation of the project to the workflow of subsequent tasks that ensure on-time delivery of all media plan components
Act as a liaison for third-party digital partnerships; working to integrate partner assets with our own to develop optimized campaign strategies
Act as a liaison between local and national teams to collaborate on campaign strategy and digital asset implementation
Facilitate direct client communication when beneficial to streamline the outcome
Ability to manage production workflow, timelines and schedules
Ability to use reporting & research tools to inform proposal development
Skilled at written and verbal communication
Skilled at analytics and reporting (e.g., preparing performance reports for digital products)
Knowledge of Google DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP) is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
Strong understanding of digital media advertising
Excellent leadership and coaching ability; can successfully coach others in digital practices
Adept as entrepreneurial self-starter

2+ years experience in Digital Media industry is preferred
4-year college degree preferred
