Wheel of Fortune is looking for a Sr. Coordinator, Marketing and Promotions to assist the Producer of Marketing and promotions in all partnerships and brand integrations for the show. The Sr. Coordinator will fulfill a client facing role and be the lead liaison between clients and production. Working alongside various departments, the Sr. Coordinator will aid in the development, creation and execution of all marketing materials and partner related copy and creative assets.
Lead liaison for all B2B2C national partnerships, sponsorships and custom integrated marketing programs.
Work cross-departmentally to develop and execute marketing programs; managing internal and external relationships to ensure all parties meet their objectives
Creation of marketing documents including custom sponsorship decks, integration timelines, memos, sponsorship briefs, drafting deal points etc.
Use data analytics and key performance metrics to drive decisions on executing campaigns & partnerships
Creation of video examples/clips to be used in pitch decks
Work with digital team to craft strategy, produce and execute any content relating to a partner or activation
Create and maintain archives of each integration
Sweepstakes management and fulfillment
Point of contact for 200+ affiliate stations when doing a campaign or sweepstakes
Schedule meetings and calls
Maintain Producers calendar
Attend meetings and take notes
BA in Marketing or Communications
