Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Process Quality Assurance on all orders as assigned
Research billing issues identified from Sales
Propose solution for credit requests related to Service errors
Identify common credit issues and propose solutions
Identify High-Risk clients based on service errors

Core Competencies:

Understanding of the product portfolio of our markets
Understanding of the internal processes and stakeholders to be able to correctly identify cause/coding of billing issues
Understanding of our billing practices and policies to provide accurate corrective action
