Job Description:

WGN-TV is looking for an web producer news intern.


The internship will expose the participant to the day-to-day requirements for updating and maintaining and Candidates must possess strong writing skills and have a background/courses in journalism and or mass communications. Knowledge of content management systems, blog software, social media desired. The intern will work with other web producers, news producers, writers and reporters.


Must be 18 or older and a registered student in good standing at an accredited college or university.
Must be able to work the hours required by department.
Students can receive university or college credit for participating in this program but need to handle paperwork involved

Internships pays City of Chicago minimum wage.
