About the Position
Director, Marketing Automation will be a key point of contact and manage the companys b2b content marketing and marketing automation and self-serve demand generation. Marketing automation is key in telling the iHeart story through our digital channels, from email to our blog and our presence on LinkedIn. The company has great aspirations to evolve and grow our operations here and leverage marketing to drive revenue from account-based marketing and demand generation.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with all facets digital marketing and be familiar with marketing platforms, content marketing and demand generation tactics. The candidate will be responsible for owning and optimizing the companys b2b content from our SoundBytes email, developing and implementing an overall content strategy and driving a connection to sales leads and interests in the iHeart offering. A strong knowledge of cross platform media planning and how brands tie into iHM assets is critical.
Success in this position will rely heavily on the ability drive growth across 3 key areas in collaboration with business owners:
Driving the iHeart Brand story and Why and How Audio via content in our digital channels Partnering with local market team to identify areas of content collaboration and optimization Driving a GTM plan and marketing automation system to drive efficient cost per acquisition of self serve customers.
Strong communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to collaborate across various iHM teams, tomanage key stakeholder relationships, to communicate effectively with executives, and to own accountability for our key partnerships
5-8 years of digital marketing, content marketing and digital demand generation experience, and a proved track record of driving growth.
Proven track record and competency across media, data, analytics and optimization skills, focused on CPA and LTV
Experience in email marketing and with marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Eloqua and/or Marketo
Interest in, and firm understanding of, the audio landscape with a desire to make a mark and innovate for marketers in the space
Proven experience as a change agent with the ability to effectively manage through change
Strong written and analytic styles to demonstrate growth and communicate between agency teams and internal iHeart teams
Self-starter, ability to work across multiple teams simultaneously
Able to manage multiple deadline-driven projects and wear many hats when necessary
Strategically-minded, must be able to spot opportunities to add value at every stage
Strong client-facing background solid presentation skills and excellent written and verbal skills
Upbeat, entrepreneurial attitude
