Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Work before, during, and after events to ensure the venue is always "Show Ready" for our fans and artists
• Assist with venue set up and tear down, including moving items from off site locations and preparing backstage and public areas for events
• Act as a "Green Ambassador" to ensure proper implementation of all venue environmental sustainability goals
• Cooperate with all staff and promote a safe and productive work environment
• Practice professional concert and radio etiquette
• Carry out special projects as assigned by manager
• Observe and analyze site and surroundings to proactively address any arising issues
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Keep walking paths clear of debris and tripping hazards
• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility locations, including, but not limited to post-event cleanup
• Perform minor repairs when necessary
• Ensure supply rooms are fully stocked and maintained
• Abide by all health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend, stretch, stand for extended periods of time, climb stairs, reach, twist, sit, and walk
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication skills
• A strong sense of teamwork
