Warner Bros. Worldwide Television Distribution Inc. seeks an Administrator, Sales Planning for the DTVD Cable Sales Planning & Inv. Department. The Administrator of Sales Planning works closely with the DTVD Sales Team from deal start to close. The Administrator is responsible for vetting underlying rights and music restrictions/data, creating curated client availability lists and internal/client Workups as well as work in close partnership with Tech Ops to ensure all materials information are accurate and output contract dates are reflected accordingly. Additionally, the function of the Administrator is to regularly update and maintain the Network Position Grid/Fake Pink Book, input information from grids/reports into the department system of record and distribute to a specified recipient group.

• Works directly with DTVD Sales Team from deal start to close. Creates curated client avail lists. Vets all underlying rights and music restrictions/information. Works closely with Tech Ops and Mastering to ensure materials information are accurate. Creates and forwards Uploads to Contract Administration. Creates Internal and Client Workups.
• Regularly updates and maintains Network Position Grid, Fake Pink Book and Updated Domestic Box Office Report. Enters information from grids/reports into department system of record or distributes via email to a specified recipient group. Works with Contract Administration to ensure HBO output dates are correct and all Delays/Pushes are accounted for.
• Updates and maintains Series and Film Sales History Database.
• Creates timelines for DTVD Sales Team utilizing One Pager software.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.

What do we require from you?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ in the Entertainment Industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook required.
• Knowledge of One Pager Software (or ability to learn software quickly) required.
• Strong Knowledge of Film and Television Series required.
• Knowledge and Understanding of Television Distribution Methods, Services and Networks required.
• Understanding of Access Data-Base preferred.
• Basic Knowledge of SAP preferred.
• Basic Knowledge of Rights and Clearances Preferred (Underlying Rights vs Music Restrictions).
