About the Role:

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Administrative Assistant will provide various support services to the SF office staff and 6 executives. This person will be responsible for maintaining office appearance, supplies (including food/drink stocking), and will assist with the planning and execution of events.


Responsibilities include:

Admin Support for 6 Leadership Execs
Calendar management
Coordinating travel arrangements
Expense Management
Assist with various meeting/event planning such as offsite, all hands, leadership meetings (booking conference rooms, group reservations, catering, and other logistics)
Work closely with Leadership execs’ direct reports (as well as their reports) to help them prioritize joint meetings, travel, and other miscellaneous administrative needs
Developing and maintaining network/relationship with assistants of other executives in Bleacher Report and Turner
Work in close coordination with the larger office operations and administrative team


Requirements:

2-3 years experience in administrative assistant role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Must have strong communication and organization skills
Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize
Must have great attention to detail and be proactive
Sufficient at Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google platforms
Expense management and budget accountability experience preferred.
