Job Description:

Responsible for managing, organizing, some scheduling, maintaining and executing all cluster and station specific digital program elements for the Integrated Media department. This includes working with Integrated, Marketing, and/or Promotions Managers on asset spreads, proposals, recaps, coordinating online streaming promos, rules development, copy and graphics coordination, project analytics, and maintaining complete files for each project. Generating weekly, monthly and campaign specific reports as requested. Responsible for aiding the Online Traffic Department in scheduling, maintaining records, and sending creative for DART/DFP orders. Will manage the Online Rewards Programsı assets such as sponsorships, surveys, newsletters, and bonus points relative to sponsor association of the various programs. Will assist in managing other special promotional projects and/or events as requested, and serve as back up to the Sponsorships Project Coordinator and Director of Integrated Media.

Job Requirements:

1-3 years of substantial online marketing experience, ideally from a digital agency, brand or publisher.Solid understanding of the advertising process, digital production workflow and familiarity with a fast-paced sales culture- Extensive understanding of a variety of digital advertising assets and ability to assist sales team in understanding their practical application and execution -Must be an enthusiastic and avid user of digital and mobile platforms -Proven project management skills. -Exceptional written and oral communication skills. -Experience managing or working with graphic designers, web developers and digital agencies/buyers. -Proven track record of meeting deadlines and deliverables. - Strong familiarity with software associated with digital campaign execution and reporting as well as strong Microsoft Office skills - Passionate and autonomous in approach but collaborative in execution. - Ability to balance innovation with execution. -Able to gain buy­in from multiple constituents in a collaborative cross­functional environment
