This is a seasonal, full-time position, approximately February-August with the Durham Bulls Baseball Club, designed to coordinate sponsorship contract fulfillment. Responsibilities include working with each department in the organization, sales representatives, and clients to properly execute all aspects of a sponsorship contract. Provides administrative support by processing and maintaining all contract paperwork, coordinating and documenting sponsorship element fulfillment, and tracking departmental inventory. Game day support includes building client relationships, organizing game night sponsorship elements, and setting up activations on site.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Requires excellent organizational and time management skills as well as strong work ethic and ability to communicate effectively. College degree and prior experience is preferred. Ability to work non-standard working hours is required, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
