Sinclair Broadcast Group’s ONE Media 3.0 organization is seeking a self-starting Project Coordinator who will provide administrative and technical support to the Project Management team and will report directly to the Project Manager in the early phase deployment of ATSC 3.0 systems. Primary tasks will include performing complex project scheduling and task coordination, detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and supporting stakeholder management. Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize assignments appropriately. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate characteristics of dedication, integrity, pride, and innovation. The candidate will help create and manage an effective. The candidate has every opportunity to grow as Sinclair implements “NextGen” ATSC 3.0 technology in its business operations, and develops extensions for a Next Generation Broadcast Platform.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain and monitor project plans and project schedules
• Maintain clear communications with team leaders and Project Managers to monitor progress and expedite when necessary
• Provide administrative and technical support
• Coordinate meeting schedules, create meeting agenda and minutes
• Attend and participate in scheduled team meetings
• Assist in managing various phases of each project, and make sure due dates are met
• Organize and maintain project documentation in SharePoint, MS Teams, and other tools
• Develop and maintain internal and external project reports
• Assist the Project Manager with tracking project financials


• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination in a complex, technical environment, preferably telecom
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in the telecommunications or related field
• Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite of products, including, but not limited to, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project
• Proficiency in project management concepts and tracking
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and organized manner
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify project needs
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
