CBS Revenue Operations team is seeking a Programmatic Marketing Manager to oversee cross-platform programmatic online marketing executions. The job will work closely with CBS Interactive properties and products such as CBS All Access and key partners to manage growth and user acquisition by optimizing advertising and promotions across platforms. Some of the key metrics we manage against include conversions rates, cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate understands how to derive ROAS and can prove it by demonstrating an understanding and application of online direct response marketing and optimization techniques. In this role, your specific focus will be on programmatic marketing across desktop, mobile, and video channels for the CBS All Access subscription service. This will be a fun and fast paced role so we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented team-player to join our entrepreneurial team.

Become an expert in programmatic RTB buying strategies, optimization algorithms, and data visualization for display, mobile, video, and social campaigns.
Manage the day-to-day of online direct response and acquisition campaigns so that they meet the target KPIs
Adjust and optimize marketing campaigns and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions in order to hit ROAS targets
Demonstrate strong analytical skills in measuring and reporting on marketing programs and KPIs
Develop and implement structured media plans that will deliver against advertising goals and budgets
Evaluate, recommend and manage ongoing relationships with media partners and vendors
Collaborate with multiple departments to develop proposals, communicate campaign progress, and summarize results
Develop pro-active ideas and solutions to meet business objectives
Attend team meetings and department calls
Monitor activities of competitors and provide industry trends and learnings
Execute special projects as needed
Prefer 2+ years of programmatic marketing experience or online marketing, preferably with experience in running paid acquisition campaigns such as: RTB display, direct online display, mobile marketing, online video marketing, affiliate marketing, paid social or search.
Previous experience with DSP and RTB platforms is a plus.
Strong quantitative skills and understanding of marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) and how it pertains to the success of marketing activities.
