Live Nation is looking for an energetic, strategic thinker to oversee marketing for Live Nations concerts in the Los Angeles market.
Develop and execute marketing plans in conjunction with artist representatives for Live Nation concerts
Manage marketing budgets to achieve business objectives.
Create and oversee local promotions in support of individual shows, including events at the Hollywood Palladium
Day of show event coverage required position to be in attendance to handle press/marketing issues at 50+ events annually
Work with parallel Live Nation divisions to support their efforts at the club and theatre level in Southern California
Minimum 2 years marketing experience in activities that have prepared you to successfully perform the job described above.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to professionally present marketing concepts and strategies to artist management.
Work well in a team environment
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to recognize and define problems, collect information, establish facts and implement innovative solutions.
Entertainment industry experience preferred.
Strong regional relationships with media outlets preferred.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office, spreadsheets and PowerPoint.
