We are seeking a dynamic, passionate HR professional to join our team. Working on this team, you’ll be a key stakeholder in the evolution of our business as we take the industry’s best media brands into the future.
What you’ll do
Establish and maintain an intimate understanding of the client organization and the business. Build effective and productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients at all levels of the organization. How will you know when you’re doing well? You will be a key influencer to your clients in both people and business decision.
Partner with our business leaders to define and implement a HR strategy that aligns with our company goals, accountable for driving the HR vision & execution of our team’s strategy plan. And remember, that they don’t “speak HR” so you’ll need to translate this in a way that prompts their buy-in.
Our business is transforming, whether through acquiring a new, hot content property or radically changing a workstream in one of our business units, you will need to lead and influence and help your teams manage and adapt to the change.
Use a consultative “influence without authority” approach to proactively assess business/organizational performance to drive action. Be a change agent.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to hire the best, and simultaneously help your clients redefine what good looks like to reshape the talent in their groups.
Provide expert HR counseling, coaching and training and development in partnership with our other amazing HR teams (e.g., Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Compensation)
Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement.
What you’ll need to succeed
Prowess in integrating the HR value proposition with business priorities, and developing strategies to meet the company’s needs and goals.
Creativity and a track record of putting those ideas into practice - and the ability to measure if they are working (and pivot if they are not).

Hands-on experience with HR systems. If you have more advanced abilities, you’ll be able to flex those here as well. Your excellent analytical skills will support your ability to interpret data and recommend multiple solutions.
A passion for HR. Always curious, you make sure to keep up to date with the latest HR and business trends.
A love for media. While you may not have worked for a media company before (if you have, it’s a plus!) your interest in staying on top of what is happening in the media landscape will enable you to help our dynamic business accelerate.
Experience in a variety of HR facets including employee relations, learning & development, talent acquisition and compensation. Ideally, you have some exposure to organizational design and leadership development support
4+years’ experience progressively responsible experience as a HR generalist or related position.
