The Digital Sales Coordinator is a key player in the sales department. This individual is a critical digital resource to support the sales team in reaching their goals. The winning candidate is a thought leader in brainstorming, proposal creation and assisting in the development of the right solutions for growing our client’s bottom line. Duties also include a strong working knowledge of digital products, as well as, the execution and trafficking of digital sales orders while monitoring and reporting results of each campaign from inception to completion. The Coordinator will have a strong desire to grow in their position to a Digital Account Executive after proving successful in this role. This position will report directly to the Digital Sales Manager.
This position will report to the Digital Sales Manager and responsibilities will include:
•Assist sales team in development of proposals
•Working knowledge of all digital products inside Tribune Media’s portfolio and goal of each inside a marketing plan
•Creation and order entry of all Insertion Orders into the appropriate digital traffic system, as well as, order entry of revenue into Wide Orbit.
•Onboarding of campaigns and being the KDAF liaison with all third party vendors and corporate digital.
•Maintaining and reporting results while optimizing campaigns.
Attending community business functions on a consistent basis for networking
•College Degree Preferred
•Minimum of 1 year work experience or minimum level of training and education in marketing digital products
•Foundation of product knowledge in: SEO, SEM, Display, Mobile, Email, Sponsored Content, Social and Video
•Proficient in basic computer skills including Internet, PowerPoint, Excel and Word; previous work experience in digital traffic systems a plus.
•A strong desire to grow into a Digital Account Executive
