KVAL-TV, in Eugene, Oregon, is looking for a Digital Sales Coordinator. We are looking for someone to provide administrative and client relations support for the local sales team and sales management by coordinating station sponsorship projects, as well as facilitating back-end cloud ticketing and internal process communication for digital sales. It is important to this role that you work well with a team of many different account executives and management, both internal and external.
• Proficiency with Microsoft office, MS Excel, and project management ticketing systems
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong writing and communication skills
• The ability to work in fast pace multi tasking environment
• The ability to hit deadlines
• High level of accuracy
• At least 2 years of broadcast sales or sales support experience is preferred
• Experience with wide orbit traffic system is required
