Job Description:

KFSM is looking for a Digital Sales Assistant to join our team!
The DSA will work directly with the Digital Sales Manager, Sales Account Executives, and advertisers to coordinate, implement, monitor, and report on sold digital campaigns.


• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance is required. Hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday - Friday. Hours may vary for special initiatives/projects.
• Support all sales activities and needs, i.e. general and administrative tasks
• Maintain a high knowledge level of sellable digital platforms and corresponding product offerings through continual training and education
• Coordinate with advertising client, sales Account Executive, and graphic artists to get elements created and approved for placement
• Place approved digital elements on various digital platforms
• Make active campaign adjustments including changes in: placement, creative messaging, targeting parameters, etc.
• Collect campaign performances from multiple sources, and summarize for sales team to share with advertising clients
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Education & Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing/Sales, Digital Media, or related field is preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Applies thorough/advanced functional/technical and business knowledge related to one’s specialty area to accomplish tasks and responsibilities
• Learns quickly and applies new information, concepts, and techniques in area of practice
• Adjusts work plans and priorities in response to unexpected or immediate needs of others on team
• Strong PC background, with demonstrated proficiency in file management and various web browser’s functionality
• Thorough knowledge and superior competency in the following: Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; Google Accounts including: Search, YouTube, Maps, Gmail, Drive/Docs, and Calendar
• PhotoShop knowledge is a plus, but not required


• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and act independently and responsibly based on those priorities
• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work collaboratively with team members
• Ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional groups
• Must be willing to submit to a background check
• Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
