NBCUniversal Content Distribution, a division of NBCUniversal, drives the company's go to market approach with Multichannel Video Programming Distributors (MVPDs) for its Cable and Broadcast networks through distribution sales, marketing and business development efforts. The group oversees the MVPD distribution and marketing of 18 cable networks (Bravo, CNBC, CNBC World, MSNBC, mun2, SyFy, Cloo, Chiller, Telemundo, Universal HD, USA, E!, Style, The Golf Channel, NBC Sports Network, Sprout, G4 and the Olympics), NBC and Telemundo broadcast networks and 12 regional sports networks.




Role Purpose

Serve as Coordinator to the Sales team, assisting in department-wide matters as appropriate.


• Prepare presentations for sales meetings as directed, including both electronic and hard copy files. Coordinate audio/visual needs for critical meetings
• Business projects to include: Business/sales tracking documentation, sales-focused research, reconciling invoices, event registrations, sponsorship coordination, trade magazine subscription renewals, ticket/premium requests & distribution, as well as some general MVPD analysis
• Update and maintain client management database, client lists for events and mailings, and other reports as necessary
• Work with NBCU facilities team to trouble shoot copier/fax/phone issues, and replenish office, FedEx and kitchen supplies as needed.
• Some administrative support required


Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-2 years of experience in sales/communications/marketing
• Minimum 1 year experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Interest in television programming sales & marketing in a multiplatform environment
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work, as demonstrated by previous corporate office experience.

Our headquarters are located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. A van service is available for employees commuting from New York City.
