The Coordinator, BLA will report to the SVP, Deputy General Counsel, Business and Legal Affairs.
The Coordinators responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to:
Organize and monitor radio promotions compliance database
Support and assist SVP and assist 2-3 lawyers in the Legal Department
Answer phones, maintain schedule, and arrange meetings
Process expense reports and department bills and other payments
Liaise with Facilities and purchasing departments
Prepare presentations in PowerPoint
Prepare time sheets
Coordinate department meetings and events
Assist with set up for new employees and other HR matters for BA department
Assist in drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and contract research
Basic online research
Organize and maintain filing system
Minimum of 2 years administrative experience (4 years preferred).
Proficiency in computer software applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Highly motivated and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail oriented, organized, timely and accurate
Punctual, available to work overtime
