The Content Acquisition coordinator is responsible for all content traffic between distributors and SPT.
Work closely with the acquisitions team to determine what new content has been acquired and when it is available for request.
Work with distributors to coordinate media delivery based on the different required components.
Track the MCs onboard process for distributors.
Review content received to ensure accuracy and t and perform the title matching process.
Work closely with the Content team to ensure that content is received based on the established deadlines and provide feedback in case it becomes unfeasible.
Fluent English and Spanish is required. Portuguese (Portugal and or Brazil) and German is a plus
High degree of computer literacy, with an aptitude for learning new technology and software.
Workflow oriented person.
Expertise in technical quality control for video/audio is a plus.
Experience linear broadcast and non-linear platform environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Effective time management and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work unsupervised and make decisions without Manager Approval.
Understanding of digital media technologies such as encoding standards and tools, automated quality control, asset delivery, tapeless environment.
