The Campaign Executive will be responsible for providing secondary marketing support, and delivering high quality outbound marketing campaigns for all of Ticketmaster and TicketWebs Arts, Theatre, Family, Sport and Touring clients.
Ticketmaster, part of Live Nation Entertainment is the largest live entertainment company in the world, consisting of five businesses: concert promotion and venue operations, sponsorship, ticketing solutions, ecommerce and artist management. Live Nation seeks to innovate and enhance the live entertainment experience for artists and fans: before, during and after the show.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Work with the Client Marketing Managers to implement marketing campaigns for all local and national Theatre, Comedy and Sports events, tours, venues and promoters.
Work with the dedicated account management team to manage the relationship of select clients, specifically with a focus on managing marketing campaigns for theatre, comedy and sports events.
Utilise effective segmentation strategies to send targeted campaigns to the Ticketmaster customer database.
Execute social media campaigns on Twitter and Facebook to drive incremental ticket sales, fan referrals and brand awareness.
Work with the Ticketmaster Blog editor to help produce content and
Management of online content on Ticketmaster and TicketWeb.
Work with in-house Product, Design, and Content teams to deliver high-quality assets.
Maintain and update Ticketmasters marketing activity database.
Provide weekly inventory and post marketing analytical reports to Client Marketing Managers.
Undertake any other relevant duties which fall under the general scope of the marketing role as directed by your immediate Line Manager, Head of Department or Director
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Graduate calibre, ideally with a professional marketing qualification.
Campaign management experience within ticketing and/or live entertainment.
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management techniques and implementation tools.
Previous ticketing experience and knowledge of ticketing systems.
Ability to use Microsoft Office software packages to a competent standard.
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and HTML.
Knowledge of consumer analysis tools such as Adobe Omniture, Tiips and Epiphany.
