Overview and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the day to day collaboration with international markets around the world to vet all promotional partnerships from concept through to campaign activation on assigned theatrical titles.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Support the preparation of pitch and sales materials suitable for presentations.
Administer and track financial commitments and manage budgets including raising purchase orders.
Work with other internal Paramount divisions as needed to activate partner program deliverables.
Maintain database and creative assets for delivery to international partners and territories.
Participate in all duties required in executing promotional partnerships (meeting and call notes, timelines, building presentation decks, etc.)
Additional project management as may be required on case by case assignment basis such as costume character development, robot builds, etc.
3+ years’ experience in a studio promotions department, advertising or promotion agency, or similar role with a strong account management background.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field OR equivalent experience.
Advanced Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Photoshop skills. Strong presentation design skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are key.
A self-starter with strong work ethic and the ability to work and muti-task in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
Fluency in foreign languages is a major plus.
