The Role:

We are seeking an Sales/ Administrative Assistant to support the Strategic Alliances team. This individual will work with the Live Nation Network division to solicit business partners and sponsorship for Live Nation Entertainment properties. Experience with sales, marketing and promotions a plus. This is an opportunity to work with senior executives and gain exposure to the development and management of national and global strategic partnerships. We are looking for someone who is passionate about strategic marketing and sponsorship development in the entertainment industry. This role requires an extremely organized and friendly individual with a keen attention to detail, pleasant disposition, along with the ability conduct multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment in a calm manner.

Responsibilities:

Administrative:


• Schedule meetings, conferences and appointments; update calendars
• Make travel arrangements
• Handle expenses
• Handle multiple phone lines in a pleasant, efficient manner and take messages or assist callers when necessary
• Write, proofread or edit documents
• Handle ticket requests
• Perform diversified administrative duties; prioritize, and manage projects

Strategic Partnership/Business Development:

• Research available categories and companies using various forms of communication and qualify these opportunities
• Assist in the creation of sales materials and presentations for internal and client use
• Deliver accurate database information on target clients; direct numbers, e-mail addresses and any pertinent target background
• Maintain an everyday awareness of corporate companies utilizing various forms of media; advertising, digital, sponsorship, etc. to help suggest and uncover new opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Ideally 1-3 years of administrative or coordinator experience, supporting a sales or marketing team, or executive
• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Professional level of verbal and written communication skills
• Possess a strong work ethic with a high sense of responsibility in an ever changing environment
• Must be able to handle sensitive matters and exercise excellent judgment
• Ability to work independently and within a team to juggle multiple prioritized tasks
