We are looking for a few key individuals with the drive and desire to help small businesses grow by utilizing our unique set of digital marketing products.
•To assist other senior level sales professionals in generating new business by being the firms expert in digital · Work in conjunction with the Digital Sales Manager to shape digital strategy on a station level, identify revenue opportunities, and work on six figure multi-market programs
•Demonstrate fluency and thought leadership in the digital space by educating internal staff and clients on the power of our CBS digital assets
•Work creatively to bring about awareness of online opportunities in synergy with the firm's Radio group
Utilize CBS digital assets to develop and create compelling solution oriented programs for our clients
•Be the champion for CBS Digital Products in your local community
Minimum of 4 years sales experience (2-3 years in the digital space)
• Ability to exceed set revenue and customer acquisition targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Experience working with broadcast and digital agencies both locally and nationally preferred
• A hunter mentality to generate new business
• Confidence in pitching and closing business to senior level executives and clients
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Exceptional communication skills
• The ability to sell a comprehensive marketing solution including multiple products
• Technically savvy and proficient with sophisticated advertising programs and delivery methodologies
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
• Ability to generate residual commissions leading to a six figure income
