RETAIL SERVICES MODEL DESCRIPTION:
The Retail Services Model
is the consolidation and alignment of account-specific, SPHE cross-functional
departments including Sales Planning and Retail Operations.
The team strives to optimize processes and

Account Management, P&L Review andPerformance Evaluation:

Partner with the sales force in providing Playbook & Movie Zone

profitability, drafting opportunities and other pre and post-promotion
analytical insights and recommendations
Management - Implement and execute account change-outs for new release,
promotional and catalog product.

Execution - Work with 3rd Party merchandising companies in communication of
information to manage store-level execution, maintaining
cost per unit (CPU) KPI’s for each assigned
Share merchandising execution
reporting and store level insights with internal teams.
- Generate replenishment orders and drive the operational key performance indicators
(KPI’s) of assigned vendor managed accounts in the replenishment system.
Develop, monitor, and revise replenishment
plans by item/store for new release, promotional and catalog skus.
Review and suggest forecasting model changes
for Home Entertainment product (i.e. DVD and BD).
Management – Maintain all store traits (fixture/space allocation) and store
volume clusters based on historical POS data.
Analyze vendor inventory reports and POS to maintain the required weeks
of supply (WOS), in stock% and turns.
Improve operational efficiencies and cost savings by managing returns
and freight spend.
[10%]Title / Fixture Management:
Provide insights and recommendations of product placement, sku
management, pricing strategies and annual planning for key destination fixtures.
Additionally, provides insights into drafting
opportunities, using Theatrical releases to help drive in-store performance.
Candidate should have knowledge of andskills in:
Entertainment and/or Consumer Packaged Goods industry market factors and
capabilities with Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel)
Data and Inventory Systems, including but not limited to, Business
Objects, eVMI, ESPF, i2, JDE/One World and other retailer specific systems
analyzing and summarizing large amounts of data to facilitate decision
making and strategic planning
