In this fast-paced agency-style role, you will serve as a strategist and new media marketing expert for our customers. Responsibilities:
Manage the development, delivery and execution of customer digital marketing efforts. Implement online marketing programs for our B2B customers leveraging social media, SEO, eMail, content development and advertising (and more).
Develop customized marketing plans to target all levels of the sales and lead nurturing funnel. Provide vision, strategy and serve as a subject matter expert for clients.
Recommend and implement new ideas and innovations to improve each digital channel as well as customer account performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize marketing efforts while reinforcing customer brand, presence and voice.
Provide insights and analysis on all campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics. Manage campaign performance reports and share results across teams to ensure constant program evolution.
Direct activities for specific accounts on a daily basis:
Act as main customer contact
Organize and prioritize projects across functional teams (Social Media, SEO, SEM)
Set project timelines and milestones
Partner closely with sales team on project kickoffs
Manage all database segmentation to accurately target audiences
Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of hands-on digital/ new media marketing experience, along with knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques, particularly as applied to the B2B marketplace. High proficiency with SEO/SEM techniques for major search engines, social media placements and email, is a must. Experience generating results for focused metrics and KPIs, . . strong writing skills, especially as related to social media (blogs, posts) and email, is required. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, an assertive problem solver with excellent analytical skills and an. exceptional project manager. Knowledge of Hubspot, Salesforce.com and the manufacturing industry a plus but not required.
