Job Description:

Media Monitors is seeking a Digital AdTech Sales Executive for our multi-service platform who fully understands the local digital media ecosystem and has an affinity for data-driven online digital ad content. The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive sales hunter, and a solutions-oriented revenue producer with the ability to foster meaningful digital media, publisher, agency and client relationships.

Major goals and objectives:

• Grow sales revenue for Media Monitors local digital Ad-Intelligence business.
• Work with VP, Sales to create new revenue opportunities and exceed sales goals by providing strategic thinking to meet client/market demand.
• Must have strong understanding of selling desktop and mobile display and video advertising.
• Strong analytical ability for strategic sales development, including interpretation of media research and analysis for effective use as a sales tool.
• Must be able to meet and communicate with high level online publisher and agency contacts.
• Ability to work well internally with several teams including sales, product development and marketing teams.Responsibilities:
• Solicit online market intelligence data via SAAS and API subscriptions based on insights gained from online webinars and in person meetings.
• Ability to come up with a detailed sales strategy building a portfolio of publisher and agency prospects.
• Proactively identifies new revenue opportunities; drives account growth and profitability acceleration including new business, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Proactively communicate account and sales information to management and other team members via weekly reports.
• Creates value and differentiates our services/products from competitors.Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered:
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years digital selling experience.
• Candidates must have experience in the digital media space either working for an agency or selling digital media solutions. The ideal person should be driven, focused on relationship building, consultative selling and closing deals.
• Strong analytical ability for strategic sales development, including interpretation of media research and analysis for effective use as a sales tool.
• A confident, tenacious, diplomatic, and collaborative style.
• Must have existing relationships with AdTech sales, agency/media buying community as well as clients direct.
• Must have strong computer skills, excellent writing and communication skills, excellent presentation skills, excellent negotiating skills, strategic thinking.
• Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and work well both as an individual and within a team environment.
• Strong presentation, communication and strategic evaluation skills.
• Proven capacity to enhance revenue through consultative selling skills.
