Check out our current openings below and at www.SiriusXM.com/careers.Pandora’s in-house Brand/Content Creative Operations team is looking for a Post Production Lead to oversee post workflows and systems across video, audio, design, mgfx, and photography for marketing, brand, events, and sales content. This individual will collaborate closely with our internal studio teams, external vendors, project managers/leads, and producers to ensure a seamless hand-off from capture to post, while developing and maintaining a scalable, centralized media management system. We are looking for someone who will strengthen the processes that are currently working well, while building a more holistic infrastructure for scaling the range of content our team makes. This role is based in Oakland.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery and media management systems for all video, audio, photo and MGFX files from both internal (i.e., Pandora and SXM captures) and external partners (i.e., vendors/freelancers, artists, clients) across artist captures, events, festivals, studio sessions
• Serve as point person for all server and media storage related matters within Creative, IT and Enterprise Systems, including researching and recommending preferred DAM and storage solutions when applicable
• Consult on content capture planning and execution to ensure efficiency in post production
• Examine post timelines in collaboration with Ops and Studio to ensure feasibility and identify ways to execute deliverables in a more timely manner
• Handle partners’ requests for repurposing content, including developing systems that support easabilty and visibility for partners and internal teams
• Drive exploration and execution around music bed licensing and strategy
• Drive performance track capture clearance and post production process
• Evaluate capture spaces in our offices and off-site to make sure content needs are being met
• Drive quarterly audits and provide reports on post process
• Manage all transcription requests and services

Requirements:

• 8+ years relevant experience in a post production role for video, audio and/or photography for social, marketing, sales, and/or artist initiatives; experience with music and events a plus
• Experience as a maker who also understands organizational processes and systems (aka can walk-the-walk of both Studio and Ops)
• Extensive on-location production experience to inform what’s needed for effective post production
• Strong interpersonal skills, cool under pressure, meets challenges bravely, high level of adaptability, flexibility, and resilience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when rolling out and reinforcing process across different audiences and partner teams
• Outstanding collaboration skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in order to establish and meet shared organizational goals
• Ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
• Innate understanding of the importance of logistics/organization within creative work, and how to develop this in as diplomatic a way as possible
• Passion for music, advertising and design
