Job Description:

The Manager HR Technology is responsible for overseeing the administration of the UltiPro HRIS foundation data tables (including reporting, security & table maintenance); overseeing the administration of various HR technologies, including but not limited to Applicant Tracking System, Performance Management system, Learning Management system, etc.; establishing policies, procedures and audits to ensure system integrity; acting as project lead for HR systems projects; assisting with new product testing and development; assisting the Director in creating performance metrics, goals and tracking systems in order to measure efficiency and effectiveness in the HRIS environment; and performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a management position and typically reports to the Director, HR Technology.

Responsibilities:

• Manages HRIS team members and assists with their day-to-day workload, technical questions, and career development
• Establishes processes and procedures for the administration of HRIS Table Maintenance and HRIS Reporting and Security requests and acts as second level support
• Acts as project lead or key project member on ongoing HRIS projects such as Performance Management and Applicant Tracking System
• Oversees various HRIS support processes
• Creates and performs audits where necessary to ensure the integrity of the HRIS processes and data
• Assists with ensuring that day-to-day workflow is coordinated and completed within established timelines and standards
• Manages documentation of all processes and procedures
• Participates in the testing of new products and upgrades
• Provides technical support to field operations

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or Accounting or equivalent education and experience
• 7-10 years experience with 3 years HRIS/Payroll experience, UltiPro and/or Cognos a plus.
• Advanced computer knowledge in Excel, Word, or other database programs; general knowledge of relational database design and processing; Cognos experience and query knowledge is a plus
• Broad-based understanding of HR and Payroll policies and procedures
• Ability to maintain information in confidence
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
