Cox Media Group-Charlotte is seeking a dynamic, personable and focused individual to join their team as a Digital Coordinator. This person will work closely with the Digital Specialist, Local Sales Teams and Central Operation teams to facilitate digital campaigns from order entry, creative production and analytics/reporting. The Digital Campaign Coordinator’s primary focus will be executing digital campaigns that exceed our clients’ expectations. Being a part of the exciting and challenging digital arena requires an appetite to learn quickly, adapt to new ideas and offerings and create solutions for improved efficiencies.
Serve as Coordinator, between Central Digital Operations and assigned local sales team to ensure complete and accurate fulfillment of our customer’s marketing campaigns
Confirm availability of inventory for owned and operated digital properties, third party networks, retargeting providers and others for campaigns from your specified team
Assist with weekly digital inventory reporting/optimization
Monthly campaign reporting
Enter completion insertion orders in workflow tool for trafficking and creative production
Creation/updating digital presentations/information (Digital Sales Depot) for use of Sales Team
Creating efficiencies and minimizing errors for all parties (i.e. checking insertion order accuracy, details provided, creative assets and working with Digital Specialist/AE to correct prior to progressing an order)
College degree or 3+ years’ experience working with digital media campaigns preferred
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Strong and proven customer service experience
Accurate; with strong attention to detail
Ability to perform in a strategic and executional capacity
Demonstrated ability to multitask and work well under deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
