Job Description:

This role supports the Marketing Team in all areas across the full lifecycle internationally and also provides PA support to the SVP Marketing. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the Marketing Team across all its touch-points, managing marketing support systems, co-ordinating internal and external communications, and providing marketing and administrative support to the Team in delivering title and campaign strategies and objectives in all formats, across the World.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide PA support to the SVP Marketing managing diary, meetings, expenses, travel and other ad hoc tasks
• Maintaining the Monthly Slate Update decks, collating accurate title information for circulation across NBCU divisions
• Maintaining the Release Schedule, working closely with the Team, OPCOs and Content Strategy
• To support in managing the Central Marketing Budget, managing POs and maintaining the budget tracker so that it is always up-to-date and accurate
• To support the Team in delivering title plans and materials, flagging deadlines to keep the Team on track
• To manage the Team’s filing system, ensuring all assets and materials are saved consistently, intuitively and accurately
• To support Marketing Managers to manage assigned titles, working with them to brief / manage agencies, highlight consumer / media insights, set guidelines and deliver licensor reports throughout the lifecycle
• To support the Team in managing approvals of materials and plans with Senior Management and Licensors
• To liaise with Legal & Business Affairs, utilising FAME to obtain clearances
• Liaising with Operations, using FISH for the scheduling of titles
• Coordinating all major meetings for the Team taking minutes and circulating actions where required
• To support the Team at conferences, quarterly meetings etc.,
• Undertaking all other tasks as allocated
• Delivery of efficient and successful systems and processes that ensure the smooth running of the team
• Accurate maintenance of Title Information
• Accurate maintenance of Central Marketing Budget and Critical Path
• Being a trusted, helpful and efficient resource for the Team across all its touch-points.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Highly organised and thorough, with an eye for detail and design, with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Strong computer literacy – particularly Excel, PowerPoint, online databases and website applications
• Strong planning skills, with the ability to think ahead and be proactive
• A good team player who is helpful, resourceful, conscientious and flexible
• Hard-working and dedicated, willing to learn new roles and responsibilities in a short amount of time
• Professional and polite, able to build relationships with the team, other departments and 3rd parties
• Demonstrable interest in the entertainment industry
• Understanding of international cultural and local practices
• Able to discuss ideas and suggest solutions
