Job Description:

DreamWorks Animation is recruiting a Marketing Coordinator to support the TV Marketing and operations team.


• Manages phones, calendars, scheduling, agendas and travel coordination for senior executives
• Responsible for updating TV marketing budget tracker, PO creation, invoice tracking and expense reports
• Critical coordination for multiple cross divisional elements for Art of Books including interview coordination, asset delivery, clearances and distribution
• Project manages print media campaign including creative brief development, agency and vendor communication, asset deliverables, approvals process and campaign recaps
• Builds presentation decks for key meetings, pitches and presentations
• Manages and maintains various department tracking tools including department PTO, legal title clearance, campaign recaps, premium inventory, etc.
• Organizes logistics for key meetings and special events
• Assist with special projects as requested

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
