Job Description:

CUMULUS MEDIA and Westwood One are looking to hire an Office Coordinator to be responsible for the general operation of our NYC office. Duties will involve greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, purchasing office supplies and supervising staff as required to ensure maximum productivity. You will also be required to create presentations and produce management-level reports and support corporate administrative needs as required.

To be a successful hire, you will need to have prior experience in office administration. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.


• Overseeing general office operations
• Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers
• Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing office calendars and schedules
• Supervising, training, and coaching any mailroom staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity
• Coordinating office arrangements and events, as well as travel reservations and expense reports for senior level management
• Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
• Creating presentations and other management-level reports
• Approve office supply orders from outside offices
• Schedule appointments and coordinate conference rooms
• Point of contact for with the building’s management in regards to safety & security, facilities maintenance and incoming guests
• Support onboarding new employees in the NYC office including security photographs, ID cards and workstation set-up
• Handle shipping arrangements and labels for outgoing packages
• Answer the general line for all incoming calls


• A bachelor degree or equivalent is preferred
• Five years of experience in office administration/management experience
• Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills
• Ability to coordinate logistical projects
• Ability to procure, manage and follow up with vendors and building staff
