WWLTV has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to join our dynamic and forward-thinking sales team. The Digital Account Manager will work strategically with the sales staff to generate creative solutions that deliver customer results through our digital assets, as well as, monitor campaign performance. The Digital Account Manager will need to have expert knowledge of digital marketing including social media, OTT, email marketing, SEO and SEM.
Facilitates execution of digital campaigns sold by Account Executives. This includes ensuring all digital campaigns are executed on-time, accurately booked and trafficked, and regularly monitored to ensure successful delivery.
Execute creative development and fulfillment for digital advertising campaigns.
Manage the startup process for digital campaigns including participation on all onboarding calls.
Digital order entry with high level of accuracy.
Monitor digital campaigns pacing and effectiveness throughout the month to ensure campaign delivery.
Retain and grow our digital revenue by proactively finding opportunities to optimize campaign performance.
Responsible for identifying trends and opportunities to improve product conversion and overall campaign performance.
Communicate digital recaps to Account Executives and/or customers by compiling, analyzing & reconciling web analytics at the end of each campaign or at the end of each month.
Manage and communicate inventory sell-through percentages and avails to staff for all digital solutions.
Educate staff and clients on effective marketing strategies and revenue growth tactics that utilize our digital product suite.
Work in tandem with AE, Project Manager, Sales Management, TEGNA Marketing Solutions, all 3rd party vendors, and others to support client needs.
Reconcile/audit any 3rdparty client billing each month.
Attend client campaign recap meetings as the digital fulfillment expert.
Able to make decisions and solve problems independently to support customer needs and on behalf of the Account Executive team.
Understands stations products, processes and services in order to articulate to clients, when appropriate.
Serves as point of contact with Central Ad Ops for campaign changes and maintenance.
Attends sales meetings and training to obtain sales, product and process information and keep abreast of company products and services to articulate to client, when appropriate.
Other duties as assigned by Sales Managers.
Successful campaign implementation, fulfillment and maintenance.
Proficiency with Google Analytics, TMS Unified Dashboard and other Campaign Dashboards.
Strong inter-office, inter-department relations.
Minimum 2 years of account engagement in a professional, fast paced sales environment.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure.
Ability to effectively solve problems.
Creative and able to adapt quickly to change.
Position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organization and time management.
Familiar with SEO, SEM, Social Media, targeted display, mobile and video marketing strategies
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.
