Ticketmaster is seeking a Product Designer with strong UI & UX design experience for responsive-web to join a dynamic creative team in Hollywood. This designer will work on our innovative Virtual Venue product for season ticket holders.
The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of experience in interactive and user experience design and a portfolio of work that demonstrates an understanding of information hierarchy, user journey, good usability practices along with a strong sense of aesthetics. They will have successfully launched features or products that are user-first and user-friendly.
Conceptualizing, prototyping, and presenting responsive design solutions for mobile, tablet and desktop. Projects may include content discovery experiences, account management and consumer purchase features and products.
Practicing insight and data-driven design and taking part in user testing to validate work.
Working with fellow designers and product managers to incorporate functionality and services that: 1) are compatible with, and advance an established design language and methodology; 2) meets business requirements; 3) works within development timelines; and 4) delights customers.
Presenting work in a clear and compelling manner to internal stakeholders. (Be able to explain design solutions by citing best practices, testing data, or business requirements.)
Working in an agile environment and balancing meetings with necessary productivity time.

3-5 years professional experience with an emphasis on interactive product design.
Bachelor's degree in Design preferred, or equivalent industry-related experience.
An understanding of interaction design and usability best practices.
Experience working with Agile software development.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in modern design tools and interactive prototyping (e.g. Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC).
E-Commerce experience is a plus.
