The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for capturing all business operation and sales solution-oriented projects that are taking place on multiple in-house teams, leveraging his or her skills to prioritize the project life-cycle based upon the company's strategic business objectives. This eager individual will work closely with every facet of the organization from Sales to Marketing, ensuring deliverables are met on time. Providing high-level and detailed roadmaps, while bridging team by team communication will be key to this role.
Business Role: Centralize, manage and update all projects start to finish from various teams including Product, Client Service, Sales Solutions, Operations and Marketing.
Support: Assist the stakeholders with determining the strategic fit for each project based upon development resources and corporate priority.
Process Management: Assist with process formalities including keeping project management systems up to date. Work with Business Operations Coordinator to update necessary guides, videos and training tools.
Communication and Reporting: Write up and work with Sales Enablement on the project release notes. Provide presentations to upper management for necessary project timeline review both high-level and detailed.
Time Management/Deadlines: Must work with corresponding teams to adhere to deadlines/expectations of the product lifecycle process.
4-6 years of working experience as a Digital Project Manager.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college or technical related discipline required. 5+ years of practical work experience as a Project Manager in technology or media advertising can be substituted for college education. Must show a portfolio of work/achievements.
