Job Description:

Premion, a leading "Over-the-Top" advertising and media business, seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and oversee sales marketing initiatives for the brand marketing team. This person will work closely with the Marketing Director and team on brand development and market positioning to support and expand selling efforts in local and regional media markets. The right person for this role has strong experience in premium video or television advertising sales, and is a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced collaborative environment. This person also has strong communication, management and relationship development skills, and seeks an opportunity to make a significant impact and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Work with team to drive and execute Premion's sales marketing initiatives to support local and regional sales teams.
• Spearhead strategic sales category development and collaborate with marketing team to execute campaigns.
• Develop sales marketing materials including presentation decks, one sheets, case studies, guides, sales videos and category insights.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to execute sales pitch materials and market education initiatives.
• Synthesize and apply marketing/sales data to identify and communicate market opportunities to drive business outcomes.
• Source and analyze industry and competitive research.
• Drive ongoing communications with sales teams and provide feedback and actionable insights on marketplace demands from the field.
• Serve as pivotal resource to ensure sales and marketing are aligned to goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:


• 5+ years of sales marketing experience, with strong experience in premium video or television advertising sales and taking new products to market.
• Ability to work well within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, team environment and juggle multiple projects and priorities at once.
• Professional communication skills, both internally and externally. Personality to quickly build rapport and build professional relationships
• Excellent writing skills including presentation development.
• Ability to articulate thoughts/concepts fluidly and to analyze/visualize data.
• Exceptional working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
