Sinclair Digital Agency is seeking a Director of Channel Sales:
• Responsible for driving and supporting all sales of Datasphere’s digital solution into Sinclair, media companies and agencies in North America
• Work closely with executive team at DS and SBG to design and implement effective tools and processes to achieve sales goals
• Develop and manage KPI’s, sales docs, sales funnels, sales analysis tools etc to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets
• Collaborate with DS & SBG executive team to drive product development and marketing needs to ensure successful launch and broad channel market penetration
• Work as a liaison between Sinclair sales ops and tech on programmatic video and OTT
• Address customer service issues raised by channel partners
• Implement and lead channel partner council (quarterly remote meetings + one annual in-person gathering )
• Manage team of channel AE’s (Bellevue & Denver)
• Regular travel (40%)
• 10 years experience in business development, sales and team leadership in advertising technology companies.
• Bachelors degree
• 7+ years experience in Sales Management
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
