FOX Sports Ohio is seeking a full-time Office Manager! In this position, you will serve as Executive Assistant for the Senior Vice President & General Manager, while supporting the objectives and daily activities of all departments. Take a lead role in ensuring employees have access to appropriate workspace, facilities and resources plus serve as a primary link to internal and external service providers to facilitate needed support and ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the SVP/GM by managing calendar appointments, booking meetings, answering phones/taking messages, booking travel, preparing expense reports, tracking legal agreements and routing for signature, preparing monthly reports and other tasks as assigned
• Reviewing and processing G&A invoices, ensuring costs are within budget. Manages corporate accounts such as UPS, Uber, Amex and reconciles charges
• Reviewing and approving ticket requests in accordance with internal policy on a daily basis. Create monthly ticket reports for SVP/GM & VP, Finance
• Oversee Spotlight system, managing user accounts and inventory, troubleshooting issues and assisting other users
• Overall maintenance of Cleveland and Cincinnati offices. Negotiate with vendors on service agreements and communicate with building and corporate security on access issues. Collaborate with Production and Operations on upkeep of technical areas
• Performing basic troubleshooting of minor IT issues and provide local support to Helpdesk for larger issues and network outages and serving as the primary contact for employee mobile devices and upgrades
• Directly manage the Office Administrator position overseeing daily tasks such as office supply purchases, suite catering menus and corresponding charges and general maintenance of office equipment. Provide back up support on main phone, doors and incoming mail/packages

Experience and Qualifications:

• College degree is preferred
• Prior experience with accounts payable, human resources, vendor negotiations, and information systems troubleshooting
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage personnel, negotiation skills and strong ability to multi-task
• Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, copiers, postage machine, fax, and printers
