Live Nation Entertainment’s Media & Sponsorship Division is seeking a Technical Account Manager who will play a critical role in the success of Live Nation’s Audience Platform called FANBASE. As we’ve expanded our digital capabilities and technology partnerships, Live Nation Entertainment (LNE) needs an experienced, technically-proficient, and analytical candidate to foster client relationships and execute/optimize data licensing programs. This will be a very dynamic role – interfacing with operations, strategy and sales. Flexibility and organization are key. Previous experience with Data and Programmatic buying/selling is a must and a background in Account Management is also required.

Live Nation Media & Sponsorship architects, sells and manages the company’s national corporate sponsorship programs with the world’s most recognizable brands. It is an exciting, fast-paced team that collaborates with all facets of Live Nation’s business including venues, festivals, ticketing, artists, content, media (digital, social, mobile), promotions, and concert production. • Client Management & Communication
• Own post-sale communication with clients
• Steller written and verbal communication skills are a must
• Understand client’s goals and work to ensure audiences are scaling and performing
• We manage hundreds of deals – so organization and attention to detail is key
• Grow existing business by providing proactive, strategic recommendations to capture larger shares of client budgets
• Set up regular meetings with clients (when appropriate) to review status, discuss new opportunities and learn more about their business
• Assist sales by joining meetings and being a subject matter expert on all things audiences
• Analysis
• Own primary reporting for audiences licensing for internal and external purposes
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data
• Ability to ‘roll up’ campaign performance summaries for sales and provide actionable next steps
• Platforms & Technology
• Be the day-to-day main point of contact for critical partners that enable our audience platform
• Candidate will be responsible for the creation of custom segments and delivery to clients’ desired platforms
• Interface with Data Ops, Product and Sales to operationalize & improve our offering
• Other Responsibilities
• Lead efforts to produce audience packages around seasonality, holidays, special events, etc.
• Work with Marketing to produce Collateral that can be distributed to our clients
• Work closely with our vendor partners to learn about new capabilities and how they may apply to our clients/offerings
• Monthly Billing and Revenue Reporting


• Fundamental understanding of data’s role, the importance in the adtech/martech ecosystem and AdTech/MarTech, Data Platforms & Marketplaces (LiveRamp, DMPs, CDPs) and Media Platforms (DSPs), Data & Privacy Regulations (CCPA, GDPR)
• 3+ years in digital advertising at an ad agency, publisher or vendor
• BA/BS Degree
• Analytical, and possesses strong qualitative skills to drive maximum yield across programs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• PASSION, borderline obsession for Music, Sports…Live Events
• Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A leading work ethic and natural ability to build relationships and collaborate with others
• Proactive approach, ability to prioritize & manage programmatic buyers and client relationships
• Strong follow-up skills and be a team player - support the broader team; maintain a great attitude and a desire to learn
