Live Nation Entertainment’s Media & Sponsorship Division is seeking an Amphitheater Portfolio Manager who will be responsible for a variety of Sponsorship operational business functions, working to streamline information access and communication across Media & Sponsorship Departments as well as assist in communication flow with US Concerts and LN Touring. The Amphitheater Portfolio Manager will work to ensure that amphitheater inventory is curated and communicated appropriately, and amphitheater deal clearances are executed accurately and quickly. The Amphitheater Portfolio Manager will assist in onboarding new and renovated Amphitheaters to create maximum sponsorship results.

Live Nation Media & Sponsorship architects, sells and manages the company’s national corporate sponsorship programs with the world’s most recognizable brands. It is an exciting, fast-paced team that collaborates with all facets of Live Nation’s business including venues, festivals, ticketing, artists, content, media (digital, social, mobile), promotions, and concert production. • Monitor, control, and manage Inventory and Category clearances for Amphitheaters.
• Manage/maintain technology for all Amphitheater Inventory, Category and Rate Card tracking and systems. (ie. sponsorships of Marquee Partnerships, Corner Pavilion Decks, Auto, Financial Services, etc.).
• Assist in refining sales systems and process for a centralized monitoring for Amphitheater Inventory collaboratively.
• Consistently communicate inventory information and management with relevant departments to maximize sponsorship opportunities.
• Assist in any additional data collection for the Amphitheaters as needed for specifics related to individual proposals.
• Manage communication and approval documentation of Amphitheater clearances for multimarket sponsorship opportunities and contracts.
• Monitor and maintain communication with LN Touring.
• Curate and define Amphitheater Nuances to maximize effective communication within allotted timelines.
• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/ procedures for reference purposes.
• Analyze and report Amphitheater sponsorship performance and update inventory with learnings.
• Own amphitheater inventory terminology / taxonomy / hierarchy for tracking/reporting purposes, with input from Salesforce operations team.
• Collaborate with C&T Portfolio Manager to ensure consistency for other Sponsorship departments.
• Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/ procedures for reference purposes.


• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel; and Sharepoint
• A reputation as a “detail oriented” and “multi-tasker”
• Knowledge base of general business CMS platforms and sales systems
• Solid relationships with internal salespeople and clients
• Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture relationships and work effectively at all levels of the decision process
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated high-level relationship building skills and enjoys a fast-paced, changing work environment
