Job Description:

The Media Planning team is looking for a Planning Coordinator for the Total Traffic and Weather Planning team to help support in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Input Order information into TTWN Order forms and confirm TTWN orders are booked
• Request and confirm order revisions
• Schedule make-goods and assist in managing airtime clearance issues
• Assist Planners in completing order posts and recaps by pulling and analyzing data and inputting details into excel Trackers
• Pull and analyze post log reports for campaign Post recaps
• Communicate order details to the Billing team and execute special invoice requests
• Organize, manage and update affiliate lists for various programming lineups

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in math and comfortable analyzing data
• Professional communication and phone skills
• Work well with others in a team environment
• Experience with programs such as Act 1 and/or Strata a plus, but not required
