Job Description:

This position will perform complex and comprehensive administrative support for the Chief Revenue Officer, WarnerMedia & President, WarnerMedia International Networks and his Chief of Staff. While this role is a full-time role, the duties are split with an Executive Assistant based in London.

The Daily

• Responsible for making independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling of work
• Work closely and effectively with the executive to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
• Proficient in how to manage multiple projects that require feedback from various teams
• Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response and gets critical issues in front of the Executive
• Proactively partner closely and regularly with executive's directs, and peer assistants
• Superior collaboration and communication skills, both verbally and written
• Superior at scheduling meetings, ensuring that video conferencing and phone bridges are set-up and activated prior to the start of meetings.
• Must understand the importance of confidentiality in all aspects of role
• Responsible for managing various status reports and ad hoc projects, etc.
• Candidate should strive to be an extension of the executive and therefore demonstrate at all times: excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, friendly and efficient personality, exemplary phone manner, and the ability to anticipate whenever possible.

The Essentials

• Required 5-7 years Administrative experience at the Executive level
• Passion for and understanding of Media
• Team player, creative and able to balance, prioritize and be flexible
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills required
• Proactive, Personable, ability to Multitask, desire to be involved
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
