The Digital Brand Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and prioritization of the content on hankfm.com & b1057.com and social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. This role is responsible for evolving our current radio web sites and radio station content into multi-platform, live, 24/7 engaging digital media experience. This role develops radio content themes and station brand events into an online lifestyle brand across all digital platforms.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Collaborate with Promotion Directors, Sales Managers and Program Directors to concept, develop and successfully execute the station content and brand strategy.
Develop editorial guidelines, calendars and systems for generating a large volume of content everyday.
Coach and train content creators on using the content management system, social media best practices, blogging, online trends, SEO and more.
Monitor and hold accountable our content producers for their contribution.
Analyze and communicate website and social media data to stakeholders.
Grow key online metrics through analysis and creativity.
Create and manage station email marketing lists and newsletter
Design and build creative assets for the advertisement, web and social media use.

Advanced knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator & Design skills
Confidence to communicate in groups and across departments.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
