The Job


Warner Bros. Pictures seeks a Director, Exhibitor Marketing for the Exhibitor Marketing department. The primary role of the Director, Exhibitor Marketing is to work in collaboration with Exhibitor Marketing leadership to execute strategic Exhibitor driven initiatives. Responsible for developing unique and innovative marketing initiatives to create awareness and relevancy with specialized Regional & Independent Exhibitors accounts.

The Daily

• Strategizes, develop and lead key Exhibitor partnerships in all aspect of marketing initiatives.
• Execute promotions across all Exhibitor marketing and digital ecosystems.
• Secure and strategize key trailer placement and maximize in-theatre exposure (i.e. PLF screens, targeted marketing).
• Project management to include the ability to lead/prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and attends key marketing meetings.
• Coordinates all aspects of important Exhibitor and Distribution events.
• Builds and maintain relationships with key Exhibitor and Vendor partners.
• Strategizes and partners with Digital Marketing to create cohesive Exhibitor digital toolkit.
• Monitor social trends amongst Exhibitors, Competitive Distributors and other emerging technologies.
• Drive coordinated executions of multi-channel marketing strategies and planning.
• Directs and creates business to business communication for Exhibitor Marketing.
• Coordinates all Exhibitor bespoke marketing pieces.
• Work closely with SVP & VP on marketing campaign presentation decks.
• Attend and present marketing & film content at Exhibitor conferences.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Essentials

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years Studio/Industry or Digital Media or Events experience required.
• Experience working with major entertainment brands but not required.
• Experience with client services
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Keynote and Photoshop.
• Must have proficiency in all social media platforms.
• Basic familiarity with video technologies (Microsoft, Real, QuickTime) is desirable.
• Must have strong analytical and presentation skills.
• Must have good customer relations and sales skills
• Must have driver’s license and vehicle.
• Travel required.
