  Client Services Manager

Job Description:

Premion, the “Over-the-Top” advertising and media business, seeks a Client Services Manager to manage a growing team of Account Managers in our Phoenix location. Reporting to the Director of Account Management, this person will play a critical role as supervisor, advisor and champion to our account managers who actively support our station partners and clients. The Client Services manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the local account management team, including training and evaluating performance and monitoring and reporting on overall team success. Your deep understanding of your clients’ business objectives and analytical mindset will shape future strategies and recommendations.

High-level internal and external client satisfaction is the Client Service Manager’s daily goal. This is achieved by focus on relationship management, account strategy and proper order execution.

Relationship management:

• Manage local account management team, providing guidance, support and evaluation for all team members
• Serve as initial management point of contact for partner/client escalations. Work to make it easier to do business with Premion. Provide swift, solutions-oriented responses.
• Conduct regular 1:1 and team meetings to review client business and team goals and progress
• Collaborate with internal teams to build lines of communication for exchange of open ideas and problem solving
• Communicate regularly with Director of Account Management. Provide required reports and updates

Account strategy:

• Participate (along with account managers) in pre-sales discussions for new and existing orders. Recommend strategies or changes based on history and best practices
• Analyze and recommend account strategies
• Analyze campaign performance. Recommend revisions or future actions
• Review and provide feedback on new collateral and other sales documentation and new product offerings

Order Execution:

• Collaborate with internal teams on account set-up to ensure accuracy in targeting, allocation, etc. Pre-empt and/or act quickly to mitigate errors or other issues.
• Provide leadership reporting of success in order execution
• Review orders that are candidates for make good. Collaborate on make good process with account managers and internal teams, when needed.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital/linear account management is required.
• Premion account management experience required.
• Strong client services skills and acumen, including experience as an account manager handling key or major accounts is required.
• This role requires a highly self-motivated, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Management experienced valued.
• Some travel may be required.
• Phoenix based position.
