Job Description:

Position Summary

• Must have an eye for detail
• Must be adept at finding content that appeals to our consumers and produce accurate high-quality work in a timely fashion
• Computer literacy (must have knowledge of CMS systems)
• Organization skills
• Marketing/Social Media knowledge
• Design and layout skills
• Be efficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), CMS System (WordPress), Layout/Design Software (Adobe)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain relevant content for website by working with other departments
• Daily monitoring of website performance regarding traffic and site usability
• Use Google Analytics to ensure proper performance of all ad campaigns
• Monitor and post brand relevant content on all social media platforms
• Implement and execute sales and promotions contests which includes graphics, rules, making sure station has access to all prizes, choosing of winners, contacting winners
• Perform quality assurance on website regularly; troubleshoot website errors
• Create all graphics for the station’s digital platforms

Work Experience:

• Associate degree in Design, Marketing or related field
• One to two years of progressive experience in Marketing or Design field
• Understanding of layout concepts and information gathering for best design output
• Experience with all Adobe applications
• Interactive web design experience
• Experience with social media
• Must be a team player and have excellent oral and communication skills
• Experience with web content management system
