We need DAta Administrators/Analysts to manage the data from th Performance Management manual process. The manual PM process will require the inputting of final ratings taken from the final evaluation form(s) completed by the manager for each of their direct reports into an excel spreadsheet. The final ratings will be consolidated and rolled up to an overall file/workbook by division leader, and executive team member.
Here are the requirements:
EXPERT knowledge of Excel be able to input large amounts of data to employee listing ,
Use pivot, chart wizard, and vlookup functions
Required to Audit, and review for accuracy to ensure the right final rating is aligned to the right employee id.
Able to manipulate multiple spreadsheets, combine to single workbook by division leader
Summarize, identify and fix errors.
Work with people coordinators and HRIS in resolving issues, changes in ratings, etc.
